U heeft het recht (een deel van) de geleverde goederen binnen een periode van 14 dagen zonder opgave van reden te retourneren. Deze termijn begint op het moment dat de bestelde zaken zijn afgeleverd. Na retourmelding heeft u 14 dagen om het product te retourneren.

To be eligible for a refund of your return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it and must also be in its original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Articles with clear signs of use.
• Models that have been removed from their seal.
• Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to CarChamp.
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Als uw retournering wordt goedgekeurd, wordt uw terugbetaling verwerkt en wordt er binnen een 10 werkdagen automatisch een tegoed op uw creditcard of originele betaalmethode toegepast.

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@carchamp.nl.

Wij vervangen artikelen alleen als deze defect of beschadigd zijn. Als je het wilt ruilen voor hetzelfde artikel, stuur ons dan een e-mail op info@carchamp.nl, wij melden het pakket aan als retourzending. Het verzendlabel blijft dan hetzelfde als het label wat al van ons op het pakket zat. En je kan hem zo inleveren bij een PostNL pakketpunt.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to himself to give it to you later, we will send the money back to the gift giver after receiving the item.

Om het product te retourneren dient u ons een mail te sturen met daarin het verzoek tot retournering van het product ondervermelding van het bestelnummer. Wij maken dan een retourzending voor u aan. Het verzendlabel op het pakket is dan gelijk het retourlabel. U hoeft daarna alleen nog het pakket af te leveren bij een PostNL pakketpunt.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
